Inksters were awarded the prestigious Chairman's award at the Law Awards of Scotland 2013. Chairman of the Judging Panel, Ros McInnes, Principal Solicitor at the BBC, considered Inksters to be the single most outstanding entrant across all award fields.
Comedian and host for the evening, Des Clarke, announcing the award said:-
"This firm have continued to grow throughout the years and have been consistent in their delivery of quality legal services. They have also made CSR an important part of their organisation. The 2013 Chairman’s Award goes to Inksters".
This award comes in a year of major developments and growth for Inksters. Achievements over the past year include opening new offices in Wick and Portree and the acquisition of a new much larger Glasgow HQ (currently undergoing a complete refurbishment and anticipated to be open for business in November). It also recognises Inksters ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility such as the recent sponsorship of the Scottish Ensemble's mini residency to Shetland .
Brian Inkster said "I am very honoured that Inksters have been recognised in this way. To receive the Chairman's Award is a great accolade. This past year has been pivotal to Inksters future growth and aspirations. 2013 heralds a new Chapter for Inksters with new offices in Wick and Portree and a major new HQ about to open in Glasgow. These developments are enabling us to provide enhanced legal services to clients throughout Scotland."
