Claire MaguireClaire is a Solicitor and Notary Public. She has specialised in litigation for over 15 years, gaining experience working in large and small city centre law firms throughout that time. She has appeared in many sheriff courts throughout Scotland, including the Lands Tribunal.

Claire deals with all types of commercial litigation and, over the last 5 years or so has developed a keen interest in contentious employment law matters and has acted in a number of tribunals both for employees and employers.   She has gained considerable experience in property litigation ranging from boundary disputes to servitude rights of way issues. She also covers anything from debt recovery to professional negligence cases and is able to deal with any litigation matter that you may have including rapid response work such as interdicts and arrestments or insolvency/bankruptcy matters.      

Claire is happy to discuss any litigation matter with you in a bid to resolve it as effectively as possible, helping you every step of the way.

Claire also tutors in Business, Ethics, Finance and Practice Awareness on the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.

Claire lives on the south side of Glasgow with her two children and husband.   She loves all types of music and regularly sees live bands or helps raise money for a charity close to her heart, The British Heart Foundation.
