Prize Draw Rules
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in Scotland, England or Wales.
3. Employees of Inksters and their families are excluded.
4. Entries by Registering for Updates must be received by Midnight on 31st October 2009. The draw will take place in November 2009. The winner will be notified on or before 30th November 2009. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person for the Prize Draw.
5. Entry to the Prize Draw can be made online at inksters.com, scotsproperty.com or shetlandproperty.com by Registering for Updates.
6. The prize draw winners' names and county addresses will be available from the Winners’ List - Free Prize Draw, Inksters Solicitors, Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ between 1 December 2009 and 31 January 2010, provided a SAE is enclosed.
7. Acceptance of a prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of this Inksters prize draw to take publicity photographs and interview the winners and for these to be used by Inksters in any media publication.
8. The prize is a purple 8GB Apple iPod nano. There will be one winner and one prize. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 8 weeks of the prize draw provided that the winner supplies their postal address to Inksters within three weeks of being notified of the win by e-mail. If the winner does not supply their postal address to Inksters within three weeks of being notified of the win by e-mail then they will forfeit their right to the prize and Inksters will be entitled to re-draw a new winner.
9. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. Inksters reserve the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
10. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
