CLAN 123 Campaign
Cancer Link Aberdeen & North (CLAN) is a charity for anyone affected by cancer. From diagnosis onwards, CLAN’s services are available to anyone at any age, whether affected personally, a relative, carer or close friend.
CLAN Haven offers accommodation to those living in the outlying areas, including Shetland, attending Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment or accompanying a relative or friend. CLAN Haven offers affordable bed and breakfast accommodation in bright and comfortable rooms, staffed by housekeepers overnight for help and support.
New Cancer Support Centre
CLAN's challenge is to raise £3,000,000 to build a new Cancer Support Centre.
CLAN's new home will ensure:
- CLAN's new clients don't have to wait more than 3 working days for an appointment
- CLAN always have a room for their long distance guests
- CLAN have space to provide therapeutic activities and self help courses
- CLAN are cost and energy efficient
- CLAN continue to improve the health and well-being of all ages in the communities they serve
