Managing Partner of the Year

Brian Inkster, has been named Managing Partner of the Year at the Law Awards of Scotland 2014.
Announcing the award at the Radisson Blu hotel in Glasgow on 4 September compere Tam Cowan said “The winner of this year’s award has built their practice through a strategy that involves brand awareness, use of information technology, niche practice areas and taking the law to rural parts of Scotland.”

Brian Inkster has grown Inksters to a firm that now has a geographical reach throughout Scotland with offices in Glasgow, Inverness, Wick and Portree and a base for visiting solicitors in Lerwick. The Inksters Team now consists of nine solicitors and seven additional staff with plans to expand the business further over the forthcoming months.
Brian is leading the way in law firm management with the innovative appointment of a dedicated Legal Process Engineer to systematise all of the firm’s processes. This will create efficiencies and better working practices throughout the organisation.
At the ReInvent Law Conference in London Brian gave a talk on Improving that outlined many of the initiatives he has introduced at Inksters
