We are proud of our connections with Shetland. Our Founder, Brian Inkster, was born and raised in Shetland and we have been providing legal services on the islands since 1999 (and Brian, before he formed Inksters, since 1991).
We have helped individuals and businesses with a wide range of legal problems over the last 18 years and we remain committed to providing high quality legal services to Shetlanders.
On Friday 27th and Saturday 28th October 2017 we are running a legal advice clinic at our visiting base in Lerwick. Alistair Sloan, one of our dispute resolution solicitors, will be available to meet with you to discuss a wide range of dispute resolution matters including:
- Debt recovery
- Property disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Information law concerns
- Neighbour disputes
- Landlord/tenant disputes
Consultations will be by appointment only and there is no charge for this initial consultation. Alistair would be pleased to meet with you and to advise you as to the remedies available to you and how we can help you with the issue.
