Alan Stewart is a Solicitor and Notary Public.

Alan qualified in 1983 and has since practiced in Glasgow, Paisley and Renfrew.

Alan was a co-founder, in 1997, of McCartney Stewart in Renfrew. After Hugh McCartney retired, he has run that firm as a sole practitioner before joining forces with Inksters.

His specialities are access legislation, purchase and sale of residential property, commercial leasing and development, wills and estate administration.

Since joining Inksters Alan now concentrates mainly on access legislation, commercial leasing and development.

Alan has a long association with Sustrans and their sister company Railway Paths Limited in developing the National Cycle Network throughout Scotland.
