Conveyancing Solicitor/Paralegal (Glasgow)

11 June 2013

Inksters are seeking either a qualified solicitor or an experienced paralegal to join our rapidly growing residential conveyancing team in our Glasgow Head Office. The work involves a high volume of residential purchases and sales mainly in the central belt of Scotland. The opportunity to deal with domestic conveyancing transactions in rural parts of Scotland may also exist.

You will have at least 3 years detailed conveyancing experience and will be able to conduct transactions from start to finish with a minimum of assistance and supervision. Ideally you will have used IT case management systems previously, be familiar with these systems and be enthusiastic about utilising them in daily work routines. Some history with rural property matters could be useful but is not essential as appropriate training can be given as required.

Inksters are a forward thinking law firm, winners of Corporate Social Responsibility Firm of the Year at the Law Awards of Scotland 2012 and are Investors in People. This is a real opportunity to join an expanding company who have a refreshingly different view of legal services, the people who work for us, the technology available and the clients we look after.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

We would also be interested to talk to more senior people who might wish to explore a fee sharing consultancy role, possibly job shared, to fulfill this position.

Apply in writing, by Friday 28 June, with a CV to Fiona Bracelin, Office Manageress, Inksters Solicitors, Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ or E-mail Fiona Bracelin
